How to collect points
Every £1 you spend (on treatments and/or products) we’ll give you 1 treat point.
Don’t forget to bring your Moreton Place TreatCard with you each time you visit us so you can collect your points!
You can also earn bonus treat points:

Personal recommendations really do mean a lot to us so as a thank you for referring a friend/family member we will give you 50 bonus treat points!
Google review= 20 points
Spread the word so more people can enjoy the Moreton Place experience and earn points!
After you visit us, you will receive a SMS text with a link where you can leave us feedback. You can then quickly and easily publish your review on google and earn points, it really is that simple!
Rebooking your appointment on the same day = double points
Points will be rewarded when the future booking has been attended.

How can I track my treat points?
You can easily track treat points by downloading our Moreton Place app from the APP store or google play.
You will then you need to set up an account.
Once you have done this, you can keep track of your points (on the account section) and see what TreatCard rewards are available.
Our app also allows you to book appointments, reschedule appointments and view our special offers too!
You can also find out how many treat points you have by asking our receptionist.
What are reward treatments?
When you have collected enough points, we will generate a list of the reward treatments for you to choose from.
This list is personal to you and everyone’s list will be different.
It is made up of treatments you have not tried with us before so you can experience something new and you may even discover your new favourite treatment as a result.
You do not have to use you treat points straight away, you can save them for an even better reward treatment!
If you download our app from the app store you can see your list of reward treatments once you have collected enough points or alternatively feel free to ask our receptionist.
How do I book a reward treatment?
Reward treatments can only be booked Monday to Friday.
Reward treatments must be booked with another service, they cannot be booked as a standalone treatment.
Reward treatments cannot be redeemed in December.

Can I collect points when I purchase a gift voucher?
Yes you can collect points when you purchase a gift voucher or you can gift the points to the gift voucher recipient.
What happens if I lose my Treatcard?
If you lose or misplace your TreatCard, we do charge a £1 replacement card fee.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
Treat points cannot be transferred to another client.
Can I gift a reward treatment?
Yes you can gift a reward treatment. You must email us confirming that you would like to gift the reward treatment and provide us with the details of the person you are gifting it to.
Can I cancel or reschedule a reward treatment?
Please allow 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your reward appointment. Failure to do this will result in loss of treat points equal to the value of the reward treatment booked.
Terms and conditions
Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
You cannot use your treat points to part pay for any treatments or products.
You must present your Treatcard when you checkout to collect points.
Treat points can only be added if you book directly with us, you will not receive points if you book via our partners (e.g. treatwell, classpass etc)
Treat points cannot be transferred to a different customer.
Treat points cannot be backdated should you forget your card.
If a discount is applied to a treatment or product, the points will be issued based on the amount paid and not the original selling price of the product or treatment.
Moreton Place is entitled to remove points at any time if products are returned for any reason and a full or partial refund of the purchased product is given. This applies to exchanged products, unless the changed product price is equal to the original product purchased.
Reward treatments & products
Reward treatments must be added to a paid service and cannot be taken as a standalone treatment.
Reward products are non-refundable or returnable
Only treatments included in your reward treatment list can be redeemed against your treat points.
Only one reward treatment is accepted per day so make sure you book yours in advance.
Reward treatments can only be redeemed Monday – Friday.
Should you wish to cancel or reschedule a reward treatment please allow 24 hours’ notice, failure to do this will result in the loss of treat points equal to the value of the reward treatment booked.
We may change the number of points rewarded per £1 spend on a treatment or product. We will notify you of any changes via email (if you have signed up to our mailing list) or through display notices in the salon.
We may make changes to your reward treatment list in the future and we reserve the right to remove reward treatments and products at any time without notice.
Each client can only have one Treatcard at any time.
If you need a replacement Treatcard, a £1 fee will apply.
If your Treat Card has been inactive for 1 year, i.e. you have not spent or built up any points, it will be deactivated and your points will become void.
You can leave the Moreton Place loyalty programme at any time, however, in doing so you forfeit any points you have collected.
Moreton Place Beauty & Wellbeing reserves the right to terminate the Moreton Place loyalty programme at any time without warning.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice.
