How to keep skin hydrated

Here are some useful tips to help keep your skin hydrated and looking beautiful…

Drink water! Make sure you drink lots of water throughout the day to keep your skin hydrated. Adding lemon to your water will not only add some flavour but will help to detox your body and skin.

Opt for oily, natural and gentle soaps or cleansers. Stay away from harsh soaps as these will take away natural oils from the skin.
