Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, treatments, bookings, gift vouchers and purchases made with Moreton Place Beauty & Wellbeing. By booking an appointment or purchasing services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Appointments & Bookings
Appointments can be made online, by phone or in person and are subject to availability. A 50% deposit is required to secure appointments. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.

Cancellations & No-Shows
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice: deposit refunded
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend: deposit retained
Where no deposit has been taken, a 50% cancellation fee may apply

Repeated missed appointments may require full payment in advance for future bookings.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time to avoid disruption to other clients. The full treatment price will still apply.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and retain the deposit.

Payments
Payment is required at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and major debit and credit cards. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Gift Vouchers & Courses

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within 6 months of purchase
Prepaid treatment courses must be used within 12 months of purchase
Vouchers and courses cannot be exchanged for cash

Health & Medical Information
Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries, medications or pregnancy at the time of booking and prior to treatment. We reserve the right to refuse or modify treatments if it is deemed unsafe.

Some treatments are not suitable during the first trimester of pregnancy.

Patch Testing
Patch tests are required at least 48 hours prior to certain treatments, including tinting, brow treatments and LVL lash lifts. Treatments cannot proceed without a valid patch test.

Treatment Results
All treatments are performed by qualified professionals; however, results may vary depending on individual skin type, condition and aftercare. No guarantees can be made regarding outcomes.

Personal Belongings
Moreton Place Beauty & Wellbeing cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings brought into the salon.

Conduct
We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for both clients and staff. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the treatment and refusal of future bookings.

Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moreton Place Beauty & Wellbeing shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from treatments provided, except where caused by negligence.
